2008 Commercial
1) Health Facilities – up to $3 million - for the Northview Aged Care
2) Education Facilities up to $3million - for the Industrial & Technology Building at St Patricks College
3) Commercial Buildings (Office Accommodation) $3 million to $12 million - for Tennyson House
2009 Housing
1) Small Lot Housing up to 450m2 over $350,000 - for 11 Monty’s Place, Mackay
2) Low Rise Multi-Residential Housing up to $4 million - for Piccolo Villas
For many years, Garry & Jann Fergus politely declined any nomination for industry awards relating to the quality for their design & construction efforts in the Mackay region.
It was only in 2008 that Jann decided to accept three nominations for the prestigious Master Builders awards in three diverse categories. “I was a bit hesitant, but I felt it was time for our efforts to be judged by our industry peers.” Jann confided.
Imagine our delight when we won all three in 2008 and another two in 2009!
