Each new home owner is presented with an original ‘Homes With Heart’ painting of their Home. They also have the knowledge that the team at Fergus not only took pride in completing the Home, but that Fergus are investing back into the community in a very active way.
“We give back into the community. Always have and always will. Currently we actively sponsor elements of the Lord Mayor’s “Suicide Prevention and Awareness.” It is so, so important to give back into the Mackay community, no matter how tough the market is.”

Since birthing Fergus Builders together in 1983, Garry & Jann Fergus have consistently put their hearts into every building project they embrace. With the passing of Garry Fergus in June 2006, Jann Fergus has remained true to the dream she shared with her late husband.
“Over the years, we have built many buildings, sheds & houses; but there was always something different with Fergus houses...we only ever built ‘homes.” Jann proudly says.
“We put our hearts into every home - and we still do.”
